ICS驗廠社會公約 (Initiative Clause Sociale, ICS) 是指對紡織、服裝、街市、家用電器和食品行業(yè)開展社會審計的多行業(yè)方案，旨在改善整個全球供應(yīng)鏈的工作條件。

ICS 成員共同努力，在本公司生產(chǎn)車間推廣共同審計框架，并就 ICS 數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)共用工廠的情況交換信息。ICS 成員在內(nèi)部 ICS 數(shù)據(jù)庫中與被審計工廠的合作成員分享與審計相關(guān)的結(jié)果和所有文件（審計問卷、工廠檔案、CAP 等）。

ICS 方案有助于各個*牌相互協(xié)作，共同審計，努力減輕“審計疲勞”。

ICS不是一個采購平臺，成員零售商只能訪問其關(guān)聯(lián)工廠的信息。

BSCI驗廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)代替ICS審核要遵守的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與費用

Other methodologies for Social Compliance are not accepted except BSCI under some conditions which need to beverified by GAP before acceptation of the results. If accepted, the BSCI audit needs to be converted into ICS by auditcompany.



除BSCI之外，在某些情況下不接受其他社會合規(guī)性方法，在某些情況下，必須接受GAP驗證，然后才能接受結(jié)果，如果被接受，則BSCI審核需要由審核公司轉(zhuǎn)換為ICS。

1. Objective: Convert the BSCl audit results, that respect specific conditions, into ICS audit results through anequivalence process conducted by an audit company. these results are only for Casino BU and not shared withother ICS members.

目的：通過審核公司進(jìn)行的對等過程，將符合特定條件的BSCl審核結(jié)果轉(zhuǎn)換為ICS審核結(jié)果。這些結(jié)果僅適用于Casino BU，而不與其他ICS成員共享。

2. BSCI standard can be used instead of ICS if the following criteria are respecteda:



如果遵守以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，則可以使用BSCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)代替ICS。



a. Factories with more than 150 workersb.



擁有150多名工人的工廠.



b. The BSCl audit has been rated a, B or C without any Zero Tolerance.

BSCI審核的等*為A，B或C，且無零容忍.

c. The BSCl audit performed on a semi-announced or unannounced basisd.



BSCl審核是在半通知或未通知的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的.

d. The audit was performed in the last year and is full audit, not follow-up audit.



審核是在去年進(jìn)行的，是全面審核，而不是后續(xù)審核.



e. The audit firm must still be accredited by bscl at the time of audit analysis or audit launch.



在進(jìn)行審計分析或啟動審計時，審計公司仍必須獲得BSCI的認(rèn)可.



3. An ICS rating equivalence must be done by an accredited audit firm (Intertek so far). The consequent result in theICS methodology is not official and only used by Casinos entities to lower the number of audits performed infactories(audit fatigue). The cost is 150 USD

ICS的等效等*必須由經(jīng)認(rèn)可的審計公司（到目前為止，Intertek）來完成。在ICS方法中產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果不是官方的，僅由娛樂場實體用來降低工廠內(nèi)進(jìn)行的審核次數(shù)（審核疲勞）。費用為150美元。
