保護(hù)膜粘力分主要為：超低粘保護(hù)膜、低粘保護(hù)膜、中低粘保護(hù)膜、中粘保護(hù)膜、高粘保護(hù)膜、超高粘保護(hù)膜

1. 超低粘保護(hù)膜(即微底粘):

1、保護(hù)膜對(duì)被保護(hù)材料的表面呈惰性

2、保護(hù)膜對(duì)被保護(hù)材料具有良好的粘附性能，在材料搬運(yùn)及加工過(guò)程中，保護(hù)膜不會(huì)起翹、脫落；

3、保護(hù)膜具有較好的耐候性及持粘力穩(wěn)定性，經(jīng)數(shù)日或久貼剝離力增長(zhǎng)不顯著，易于揭去，在揭去時(shí)被保護(hù)表面上沒(méi)有殘膠留存，無(wú)留影。

4、低晶點(diǎn)

1、適宜粘性：易貼易撕；

2、剝離力穩(wěn)定：經(jīng)時(shí)變化小，即剝離力上升幅度越小越好；

3、耐候性好：在日光暴曬條件下，使用期長(zhǎng)達(dá)半年至一年；

4、儲(chǔ)存期長(zhǎng)：在倉(cāng)庫(kù)儲(chǔ)存一年以上，品質(zhì)無(wú)變化；

5、不污染、不腐蝕：膠粘劑呈惰性，不會(huì)與被粘材料表面發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)；

6、優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能：符合用戶要求的抗張強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、伸長(zhǎng)率等。

保護(hù)膜的主要用途：

 1.五金行業(yè)：電腦機(jī)殼，鍍鋅板沖壓，鋁板，不銹鋼板，鈦金板，塑鋼板，玻璃板，太陽(yáng)能電池板等等。

 2.光電行業(yè)：LCD液晶顯示器，背光板，冷光片，薄膜開(kāi)關(guān)，手機(jī)屏幕等等。

 3.塑膠行業(yè)：ABS、PP注塑制品，PVC板材，亞克力板，儀表，塑膠鏡片，噴漆件表面保護(hù)等等。

 4.印刷行業(yè)：PVC、PC板，鋁板，膠片等印刷銘板表面保護(hù)等等。

 5.電線電纜行業(yè)：軸裝銅線、半成品、成品、打卷成品的保護(hù)，可有效防止灰塵污染，有防氧化、防臟污作用。
